Proof of Conference is the latest big Web3 event organized by the folks behind the Proof Collective. The tickets to this annual event are currently on sale through a staggered ticket release. Without further ado, here’s all you need to know about the star-studded event.

What Is The Proof Collective?

The Proof Collective is an initiative focused on creating an open and collaborative environment for the development of the Non–Fungible Token (NFT) industry. It seeks to enable the growth of the NFT space, providing a platform for the exchange of ideas and resources. The collective is comprised of NFT professionals, developers, and enthusiasts who are committed to advancing the industry. Notably, they are the ones who launched the Moonbirds collection.

What Is The Proof Of Conference?

The PROOF of Conference event is an in-person web3 event that features all things NFTs, art, artists, and much more. There will be four main themes, including art and creativity, brand building, community, and innovation and technology. This event will bring together the leading voices in the web3 movement including Beeple, Alexis Ohanian, Gary Vee, Yuga Labs, Larva Labs, and many more.

The event will be held throughout 11-13 May 2023 in Skylight Row DTLA. On the first day, the organisers put together a 5-hour concert to kick off the event. The main event will then run through the second and third day, with in-depth discussions and sharing sessions from industry leaders.

The goal of the event is to amplify the voices of people who truly believe in the power of storytelling and its ability to inspire communities and ideas, which is consistent with PROOF Collective’s vision. As such, NFT enthusiasts will be able to understand what’s possible through creative communities in this 3-day event.

How To Buy Proof Of Conference Tickets?

Unsurprisingly, priority is given to existing PROOF NFT holders. The tickets will be NFT tickets and minting have been live since 30 January 2023. All PROOF Collective Pass holders are automatically eligible for 1 free ticket, and a second ticket at a 50% discount. On the other hand, all Moonbirds holders can purchase 2 tickets at a 50% discount. Whereas all Oddity holders can purchase 1 ticket at a 50% discount. There is also a limit of 10 tickets per NFT wallet.

Note: If you plan to buy one of these NFTs to claim the ticket discount, remember to check whether the tickets have been claimed at the conference website.

The normal price of each ticket is 1.5 ETH, while each discounted ticket holds a 0.75 ETH price tag. Additionally, buyers have the option of upgrading their tickets to VIP status for 0.5 ETH. This will give them access to the exclusive lounge, preferred seating, faster lines, and exclusive food and drink options. Once you purchase your ticket, do wait for a few extra seconds to see if you are one of the lucky 50 to receive the free VIP upgrade.

At the time of writing, there are 2809/4000 tickets available, with 536/800 VIP upgrades left.

Additional Details

While many in the NFT space remain anonymous, all event attendees are required to produce valid identification on top of the event tickets. Also, NFT ticket trading is only allowed from 1 April 2023 until 23:59 PT 10 May 2023, which is the night before the conference begins.
