Who Is Behind The Invisible Friends Team?
Markus Magnusson is the talent behind the Invisible Friends and the upcoming Garbage Friends NFTs. This Swedish artist created, drew, and animated all the awesome characters that the community absolutely loves today. As for the 3D version, he is collaborating with animation director Nguyen Nhut.
About The Invisible Friends
The Invisible Friends NFT collection is a part of the Random Characters Collective, a group of 3 NFT projects including SlimHoods and MOODVERSE. Each of these projects are independent and unique, each bringing their own style to the space.
Invisible Friends features 5,000 animated invisible characters, each with a unique combination of traits. There are also several 1/1 Friends such as #4672 which is riding the waves on his surfboard as we speak.
With only 5,000 available NFTs, the Invisible Friends are extremely exclusive. Nevertheless, the recent launch of Kith Friends just expanded this community. Markus collaborated with the world-renowned lifestyle brand to drop several Friends dressed in Kith’s Summer 2022 Collection.

What Is The Invisible Friends Utility?
Holding an Invisible Friends NFT will grant access to members-only events and merchandise. In addition, holders will also get priority access to exclusive NFT collections and even free airdrops.
For instance, all the genesis holders will receive the special edition Kith Friends. These Friends will change their clothes and accessories over time according to the latest Kith designs. Holders will also be able to claim all the exclusive products in the Kith for Invisible Friends Capsule Collection in February 2023.
Invisible Friends NFT Roadmap
Since the launch of Kith Friends, Markus has been working hard on the upcoming Garbage Friends collection. All Invisible Friends holders will receive 1 of these for every NFT they hold during the snapshot. Markus is also looking to expand the IF community as he prepares an extra set for non-holders.
On the other hand, there will be physical collectibles in the form of the OG collection. NFT owners will have the opportunity to grab one for themselves when the time comes.
Lastly, 3D Friends are set to be ready by Q3 2022. The details for this drop is yet to be announced, but the work-in-progress looks really good.
